Please let us know as early as possible if your child will not be attending a event they are registered for as we staff according to numbers and have waitlists for some events.
If you find you must cancel prior to the beginning of a event we will send you a refund minus the minimal PayPal service fee we were charged when the transaction was made.
If you need to cancel once the event started or are missing a good portion of the event due to unforeseen circumstances we can give you a credit to use for any future events.
