HoopEd is a preeminent leader in developing youth through sports and leadership classes, clinics and camps in the greater Washington, DC area. We settle for nothing less than an exceptional instructional team who teach, coach, and inspire boys and girls, ages 6-13, in small groups and camp settings that help develop character, leadership, and positive choice in children.

  • To work for HoopEd, you must be at least 18 years of age and/or a graduating high school senior. The majority of our instructors are professionals in the field of Education.
  • Prospective applications are accepted year round but the official hiring season begins December 1.

Qualifications of Who We Hire

Professionals already working in the fields of:

  • Education
  • Sports Management
  • Outdoor Recreation

College Students seeking degrees in:

  • Teacher Training Program or any other child related field
  • Physical Education
  • Sports Management

Camp Employment Commitment

To work at one of our summer camp locations, HoopEd requires you to work for at least eight consecutive weeks during the summer.
