CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please note that we plan our staffing needs according to registrations in order to provide a safe, structured atmosphere for our campers.
A 3-day notice is required to cancel your registration (3 days prior to your campers start date). If you cancel before this time, you will receive a full refund less our $50 processing fee per week per child. After the 3-day window, all fees are non-refundable.
DROP-OFF/PICK-UP DETAILS / WHAT TO BRING / SAFETY / WEATHER ALERTS:
Information concerning pick up and drop off times and locations as well as a suggested list of what to pack with your child will be sent electronically in the coming days to confirm your registration. We'll also detail our safety and security protocols for the program and what to expect from HoopEd staff in the event of inclement weather and/or school closings.
